I have hope that this man, https://lambda847.newgrounds.com/ , does a good job to help newgrounds. he has posted a post that helps people realize that some of their animation/art may be harming newgrounds as a platform. there has been a lot of bad animations and art (i've done a bad animation and he/she commented something to help me realize)

that have been posted on newgrounds. back then, newgrounds was an amazing place with amazing games, art and animations. but now kids like me are making newgrounds terrible. I will not do any animations to harm newgrounds.

although, there could be acceptions if the kids like me admit that their work is trash.
